Ambiance & Decor
The Game Room's sophisticated atmosphere was enhanced with green and gold uplighting while string lights created an enchanting ambiance on the balcony. Natural holiday arrangements by Rose of Sharon Floral Design Studio featuring mixed evergreens, magnolia foliage, preserved orange slices, and cream floral accents in gold compotes decorated coffee tables throughout the space. Gold planters filled with evergreens, magnolia, and curly willow added dramatic height and seasonal charm.
Culinary Excellence
The culinary experience, crafted by Chef Justin Malonson of The Sous Chef, featured elevated holiday fare that thoughtfully accommodated diverse dietary preferences. Passed hors d'oeuvres included Mini Beef Wellington Bites, Ahi Tuna Cakes with Red Pepper Aioli for pescatarians, and innovative vegetarian options like Goat Cheese & Fig Jam Phyllo Cups. Plant-based guests enjoyed Roasted Sweet Potato Bites with Cranberry Coulis, while gluten-free options included BBQ Balsamic Beef Meatball Skewers and Cheesy Potato Skin Bites. A stunning charcuterie display offered fresh fruit, artisanal meats, cheeses, and house-made bruschetta, ensuring every guest could partake in the culinary celebrations regardless of dietary restrictions.
Libations & Desserts
Two thoughtfully placed bars ensured smooth service flow - a full-service indoor bar and an outdoor station offering beer, wine, and seasonal warmth with spiked beverage options. Guests could enjoy hot apple cider (with optional bourbon or spiced rum) and rich hot cocoa (perfect with Baileys or Kahlua) while taking in the balcony views. The dessert presentation was a showstopper, featuring a 2.5-foot dessert tower display showcasing treats like Hazelnut Moose Crunch Bars, Mulled Apple Cider Chai French Crullers, and artisanal pies.
Entertainment & Flow
Live entertainment from a pianist and saxophone duo provided sophisticated ambiance as guests mingled between the indoor space and heated balcony. The furniture layout naturally created intimate conversation areas, allowing for both networking and relaxed socializing.

The entire evening was beautifully captured by Weaver Films, whose artistic vision perfectly documented both the carefully curated details and organic moments of connection throughout the night.
